Here are the basic team guidelines.

• Standard adult cost is $1,550 per team.
• Ladies Sunday night cost is $1000 per team.
• Entire team fee is required before your team will be scheduled in the league.
• Every team must appoint a Captain whose responsibilities will include:
  • Missing Payments
  • Team Demeanor, Behavior & Sportsmanship
  • Approving Final Rosters
• Proof of age may be required for leagues with restrictions.
• Maximum Roster Size is 18 players – all subs must be on the 18 player roster.
• Must be 18 years of age to participate in any adult leagues.
• Some leagues have specific age restrictions (such as our 35 & over league).

Here’s what you can expect week-in and week-out.

• Guaranteed 8 games: 7 league games and 1 playoff game.
• Two 23-minute halves with 1-minute half-time.
• 7 v 7 on the field (6 field + 1 goalie).
• One referee.
• Home = Light Jersey // Guest = Dark Jersey.
• Goalies must wear a color different than both teams.

Make sure you’re wearing the right gear before you step on the field.

• Flat soled, turf indoor soccer shoes, or tennis shoes only.
• No outdoor cleats permitted.
• Shin guards.
• Long socks.
• Shorts.
• Matching team shirts/jerseys.
