Adult Beginner Classes
Our Adult Beginner League is the perfect way for any new player to get started in the game of hockey! The goal is to help first-time players earn game experience and learn how our leagues work. Each team will have a coach that is trained in teaching beginners and will help you grow into a better team player as well as an individual.

Adult Intermediate Classes
The Adult Intermediate Class is the next step once you feel comfortable playing the game and you want to level-up your game. In this class you will learn more complex concepts and techniques such as breaking out the puck, supporting the puck moving forward, and cycling in the offensive zone. The intermediate classes are taught by two of our high-level trainers that have a ton of competitive roller hockey experience and have learned from some of the best coaches in the area for Roller Hockey.

Adult Goalie Classes
The Adult Goalie class is the perfect class for any range of goalie looking to improve their shot-stopping skills. Whether it’s your first time strapping on the pads, or you are a tournament-winning goalie, this class is perfect for you. This class is taught by Dave Inouye, who is one of the premier coaches in the sport, as well as you will have the help of a few of our up-and-coming goalies from our travel teams here at The Plex.
